DATA HISTORY MANAGING SYSTEM, DATA GENERATING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, DATA HISTORY MANAGING METHOD, AND CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data history managing system to accurately manage a whereabouts history of the same image data corresponding to processes of a movement and a copy or the like of the image data.

SOLUTION: The system provided with one data generating apparatus or more to generate the data and a history managing apparatus to manage the whereabouts history of the data generated by the data generating apparatus adds an identification information and an access information capable of accessing to the history managing apparatus to a generated data of the data generating apparatus, accesses to the history managing apparatus based on the access information when the data is processed, and informs the history managing apparatus about a whereabouts information of the generated data and the identification information. The whereabouts history of the generated data specified by the identification information is renewed on the basis of the whereabouts information in the history managing apparatus.
