摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency manufacturing method and a high efficiency manufacturing device for a tube having high dimensional accuracy in which the dimensions of a die and a plug can be easily changed according to the change in the dimension of a product when manufacturing a tube having high dimensional accuracy by pushing, and the tube having high dimensional accuracy can be efficiently manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a tube having high dimensional accuracy to perform pushing by inserting a plug in the tube, allowing the tube in a floating condition, and continuously pushing the tube into a die to perform pushing, pushing of a preceding tube is stopped while a tail end portion of the preceding tube 1 is bitten by a present die 3 with a first plug 9 involved therein when changing the die and the plug, the preceding tube is cut off on the present die outlet side by, for example, a rotary saw 4, the present die is detached from a pass line, a second plug 7 is inserted in a tip portion of a succeeding tube after arranging the succeeding tube 6 in the pass line, a second die 7 is arranged, and pushing of the succeeding tube is started.
