<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve characteristics of a solar cell module which is formed by electrically connecting a plurality of solar cells via a connection member called a tab or a connecting lead. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module has a solar cell 10 having a hetero semiconductor junction made by combining amorphous silicon and crystalline silicon, and a tab 14 connecting the plurality of solar cells 10. After the solar cell 10 is subjected to high-temperature heat treatment, the tab 14 is soldered to the solar cell 10, and the plurality of solar cells 10 are electrically connected by the tab 14, thus manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
