PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure a distance even when a measuring range is wide. SOLUTION: A light projection lens 103 and a plurality of light receiving lenses 104-107 on the same circumference around the light projection lens 103 as the center are fixed in a disk-like holding plate 102 fixed on a front face of a casing 101. The light receiving lenses 104-107 are arranged to make optical axes thereof brought into different angles, and PSDs are provide corresponding to the light receiving lenses 104-107. Measuring light output from the projection lens 103 is reflected on a measured object to be detected by the corresponding PSD via the light receiving lenses 104-107.
