PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cubic polygonal puzzle with a higher difficulty which achieves a fresh impression with a higher unpredictability. SOLUTION: The combination type cubic puzzle is the combination of the following cubes: A cube 1 which is a regular quadragon with the length of one side being L, a cube 2 which is surrounded by four faces defined respectively by regular triangles 2a and 2b each with the length of one side being L and isosceles right triangles 2c and 2d with the length of the base being L×√2 and the length of each of other two sides being L, a cube 3 in which one cube 1 and one cube 2 are put together by getting the faces of the respective regular triangles, each making a part of the individual cubes, overlapped, cubes 4-7 in which one cube 1 and two cubes 2 are put together by getting the faces of the respective regular triangles, each making a part of the individual cubes, overlapped and a cube 8 which is a regular hexagon with the length of one side being L. A basic combination cube is built by arranging eight cubes 1 in total and sixteen cubes 2 in total.
