The loading trolley (14) associated with the oven has baking tray carriers (12, 13) for each baking chamber (10, 11), allowing sliding into the appropriate chamber and drawing out from it. Dimensions and locations of carriers match those of the oven chambers. Guides (8, 9, 23, 24) in the oven chambers and on the trolley provide mutual alignment when positioning. A centering device (21) based on a mating recess and wedge system further assists alignment. A further centering device on the trolley facilitates docking and alignment after bodily rotation through 180[deg]. The guides comprise rails (26, 27) and rollers (25). This arrangement is further detailed. Further details are also provided of locking devices, rockers facilitating transfers, and the oven doors. The doors swing through 270[deg].
