PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device of a mobile communication terminal with a sub-memory.

SOLUTION: The display device includes a display means in which a main video data signal for displaying various application data and a sub-video data signal including state display data and an image control signal are inputted and for displaying the application data and the state display data, the sub-memory for storing the state display data and the image control signal and outputting the state display data and the image control signal to the display means and includes a display driver which drives display of an image or data in the display means.
