<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating oil change display device for an automatic transmission, capable of carrying out highly accurate detection of the deterioration of operating oil (ATF) in the automatic transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The operating oil change display device for the automatic transmission comprises a first deterioration rate calculating unit for finding a first deterioration rate in accordance with an oil temperature, a deterioration acceleration coefficient calculating unit for finding a deterioration acceleration coefficient in accordance with a heating value for a torque converter, and a thermal operating oil deterioration calculating unit for calculating thermal operating oil deterioration in accordance with the first deterioration rate and the deterioration acceleration coefficient. The operating oil change display device also includes a second deterioration rate calculating unit for finding a second deterioration rate in accordance with an engine speed, an input shaft rotating speed and an output shaft rotating speed, a mechanical operating oil deterioration calculating unit for calculating mechanical operating oil deterioration in accordance with the second deterioration rate, and a determining unit for determining whether the thermal operating oil deterioration or the mechanical operating oil deterioration exceeds a preset operating oil change threshold value or not.
