PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution system capable of improving effect of use promotion of a wireless LAN spot.

SOLUTION: An access point device 4 transmits an access point ID and a terminal identification ID received from an information terminal 5 to a content distribution server 1, and a matching server 3 specifies information about a content distributed to the information terminal 5 on the basis of comparison of user profile information and distribution destination profile information. The content distribution server 1 distributes the specified information about the content on the basis of the access point ID received from the access point device 4.
