PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticrime system that fully utilizes functions of IT equipment including an ATM, a cash card and a cellular phone, for preventing a crime of unrestricted cash withdrawal from an ATM with a stolen cash card or a counterfeit cash card with data read and copied by others.

SOLUTION: The ATM is equipped with a telephone function, and is configured, for a cash withdrawal from the ATM with a cash card, to read a cellular phone number or subscriber telephone number registered in advance in the cash card, automatically call the cellular phone or subscriber telephone, and unless the receiving cellular phone or subscriber telephone returns a YES signal, disable the operation.
