<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an incineration treatment of general wastes and industrial wastes in order to perform the volumetric reduction of those wastes and to simultaneously perform a detoxification treatment of incineration ash (main ash), incineration fly ash, heavy metals causing the pollution of soil, dioxins and wastes or the like embedded in a final disposal plant in the past by more reduced energy, and to recycle those wastes as a raw material of building resources or civil engineering resources. <P>SOLUTION: The incineration ash (main ash) containing dioxins and heavy metals, the incineration fly ash and the wastes embedded in the soil final disposal plant in the past are mixed with RDF (refuse-derived fuel) or RPF (recycle plastic fuel), waste plastics or wood refuses being waste fuels and the resulting mixture is baked. The baked mixture is further heat-treated (baked) using an incinerator exhaust gas low in the concentration of oxygen not only to decompose dioxins but also to volatilize main harmful heavy metals and the non-combustion carbon components of RDF or RPE, waste plastics or wood refuses are allowed to act as a reducing agent in order to prevent the occurrence of hexavalent chromium unexpected in volatilization to perform detoxification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
