<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a by-pass forming device which gives a patient little external injuries. <P>SOLUTION: A conduit to form a by-pass around a narrow segment or an obstructed segment in the coronary artery is disclosed. The conduit is positioned in the myocardial layer to form a passage for making blood flow from the heart chamber to the coronary artery at the distal location of the narrow segment or the obstructed segment in the coronary artery.
