PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of an image pickup device, for simplifying a noise elimination processing in moving image photographing at the time of low illuminance. SOLUTION: The image pickup device 1A is provided with a circulation filter part 26 for eliminating noise in the animation photographing at the time of the low illuminance. In the circulation filter part 26, signals for which a gain coefficient is multiplied in a feedback amplifier part 264 with an image of one frame before outputted from a frame delay part 265 and signals for which the gain coefficient (feedback coefficient) is multiplied in an amplifier part 262 with the present frame image are added in an addition part 263. In this case, the gain coefficient of the amplifier part 262 and the gain coefficient of the feedback amplifier part 264 are changed corresponding to the correlation of the present frame image and the image of the previous frame. Then, in the circulation filter part 26, since RAW image data (Bayer data) before pixel interpolation in a pixel interpolation part 31 are processed, a data amount is reduced and the noise elimination processing is simplified.
