PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which can perform optical adjustment by a simple structure with reduced components. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a lens unit (1), a lens holding member (5) which holds the lens unit, and a holding unit (6) which holds the lens holding member. At least one of the lens holding member or the holding unit has a turning adjustment face (6a) which is brought into contact with the other and has a shape to perform turning adjustment of the lens holding member making the rear side principal point of the lens unit a center.
