PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone density measuring instrument for raising an implant application treatment effect by easily measuring bone densities in a jaw bone and whole body bones. SOLUTION: In the instrument, an X-ray tube lamp is easily moved and set in the same measuring instrument. The bone density of the jaw bone is measured and compared with that of the whole body represented by the finger bone of the same person. Moreover the continuous healing state of the jaw bone is observed. Accordingly, an artificial tooth is formed by a proper treatment. The X-ray bone density measuring instrument measures the bone densities in different parts by a system called as DEXA (double energy X-ray absorption). COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
