The building element (1) has a glass fibre layer (9) covered by a layer which is a mixture (5) of a binder (8), large size glass granules (6), small size glass granules (7) and water, to which a web (4) is applied before it hardens. The web is coated with a contact medium (3) which partially penetrates the web, the tiles (2) applied to the contact medium.
