PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease which has an improved thermal conductivity, especially a grease suitable for a radiating member of a heat-generating electronic component. SOLUTION: The grease contains an aluminum powder and an alumina powder having average particle size of≤15μm and 0.2-1μm, respectively, in a silicone oil. Preferably, the ratio of (average particle size of the aluminum powder)/(average particle size of the alumina powder) is 5-50. The aluminum powder content is 35-63 vol.%, and the alumina powder content is 1-15 vol.%. Both powders preferably have an average degree of sphericity of≥0.8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
