PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, quickly and efficiently work-execute a natural stone block as a foot protection work or a revetment work. SOLUTION: A lower natural stone group 2A is formed by arranging a large number of natural stones having an ordinary diameter and the size to be mutually adjacent, and an integrating wire net 3 is placed on an upper surface of the lower natural stone group 2A. A coagulant 5 is also injected into a bored hole part 4 by boring an upper surface of the respective natural stones 2, 2, etc. of the lower natural stone group 2A via a mesh of the wire net 3 from an upper surface of the wire net 3. While pre-preparing a large number of natural stones formed by projecting an anchor material 6, an upper natural stone group 2B is formed by inserting the respective anchor materials of the natural stones into the respective bored hole parts 4, 4, etc. of the respective lower natural stones 2A via the mesh of the wire net 3. The lower natural stone group 2A, the wire net 3 and the upper natural stone group 2B are integrally joined by hardening the coagulant 5 injected into the respective bored hole parts 4, 4, etc. of the lower natural stone 2A.
