PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in curve paving operation wherein the spraying of emulsion on a road surface needs much labor and labor-saving is requested for the operation and also the emulsion sprayed on the road surface may be spattered and the clothes of workers and the surroundings of a paved position may be stained. SOLUTION: When an operator opens a stop valve 51 and operates a drive switch 8, a propane gas in a gas cylinder 3 flows in a pipe 5 and is fed into a combustion cylinder 4. At the same time, an ignitor 7 is driven to ignite an ignition plug 6 so as to ignite the propane gas in the combustion cylinder 4, and flame is blown from the combustion cylinder 4. By the flame, the road surface L is heated to a proper temperature and asphalt mixture on the road surface L is softened.
