PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening/closing device which has a simple and inexpensive mechanism, and which can also be easily built into an existing opening/closing lid in assembly. SOLUTION: This lid opening/closing device comprises an opening/closing lid 2 which is pivotally attached to an opening mounting frame 2, and a torsion bar 3 which is juxtaposed below a pivot of the opening/closing lid 2 and one end of which is mounted on an opening mounting frame 1 by being fixed in the state of the stop of rotation. The torsion bar 3 is provided with an overhanging piece part 5 which overhangs in the state of being bent in an almost L-shape, and which presses and abuts on the opening/closing lid 2, so that the opening/closing lid 2 can be constantly urged by the overhanging piece part 5 so as to reduce an opening/closing operating physical force.
