PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground water collecting apparatus capable of easily collecting underground water of a specified amount by merely driving a boring rod to a specified depth and raising it. SOLUTION: In this underground water collecting apparatus M, a lower rod 2 is fitted to the pipe-like boring rod 4 through a hollow rod coupling 3, and an intrusion cone member 1 having a tip cone part 1A is movably disposed at the lower part of the lower rod. When the boring rod is intruded, a tip cone part is closely fitted to the lower rod and underwater is not collected. After the boring rod is intruded into the specified depth, an opening E is produced between the tip cone part and the lower rod by a raising operation, and underground water at the specified depth is collected through the opening E.
