PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster capable of sustaining excellent percutaneous absorption of tulobuterol for a long time, scarcely irritating the skin, and capable of being stably patched on the skin for the long time. SOLUTION: This patch is formed by applying a patch layer on one of surfaces of a support material, wherein the patch layer contains a dissolving agent in an amount of 1-30 wt%, a pressure-sensitive adhesive in an amount of 40-98 wt%, and the tulobuterol, wherein the dissolving agent contains an aliphatic alcohol having a branched-chain structure or a double bond in its 8-30C carbon chain, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing monomers containing a 6-20C alkyl (meth)acrylate in an amount of≥70 wt%.
