PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device arranging an inorganic member between each two magnetic body cores, achieving uniformly stable temperature distribution and having good thermal resistance as well as capable of improving substantial productivity, and a fixing device as well as an image forming device using above. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating device and the fixing device as well as the image forming device using above are equipped with an exciting coil retention member 13a not in contact with a surface of a member 11 to be heated and formed to follow the shape of its surface, an exciting coil 13b wound on a surface of the exciting coil retention member 13a, formed hollow and arranged out of contact with the surface of the member 11 to be heated, and a plurality of magnetic body cores 16 and a plurality of inorganic members 18 arranged in the hollow part of the exciting coil 13b. Each of the plurality of magnetic body cores 16 is arranged with a given uniform gap (a) between each other in a longitudinal direction of the exciting coil 13b, and also, each of the plurality of inorganic members 18 is arranged to complement the given uniform gap (a) between the magnetic body cores 16.
