PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the movement of users in large-sized stores and event halls. SOLUTION: A moving passage two-dimensionally moving in an installation surface is installed in a floor surface and a handrail is installed on only one side of the moving passage so that passengers can come out from the other side to the outside of the passage at any place. A human sensor is installed at a specified position, and a specified announce is given when the users are passed to increase the convenience of the users. Also, a step is formed at the end part of the handrail so that the users can recognize the end of the passage. In addition, grip parts for getting on and off are installed on the opposite side of the handrail at specified intervals so that personnel can grasp them in getting on and off. The grip parts comprise handrail parts extending diagonally forward relative to the advancing direction of the moving passage, and each of the handrail part may comprise a moving belt.
