<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pH measuring electrode with a simple structure capable of attaining miniaturization, facilitating the maintenance work, and performing a stable measurement even in case of an object liquid with low electric conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: This pH measuring electrode comprises a composite type electrode body 4 consisting of an integrated unit of a glass electrode 1, a comparative electrode 2, and a temperature compensating electrode 3; a cylindrical guide pipe 5 detachably fitted to the circumference thereof while keeping a clearance; and a seal part such as an O-ring 6a for sealing the lower end side of the guide pipe 5 and exposing a sensitive part 1a of the glass electrode 1 downward. A lower opening 5a and an upper opening 5b for carrying the object liquid are bored in the guide pipe 5, and a liquid basin for the internal liquid of the comparative electrode is formed between the lower opening 5a located above a liquid junction part 8a of the comparative electrode 2 and the O-ring 6a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
