<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air temperature control device capable of increasing engine output further by suppressing influence of outside air temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the intake air temperature control device optimizing output of an engine 18 by adjusting intake air temperature of the engine 18.
