<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantialize a structure with a comparatively low cost, securing supporting strength of a wheel, and securing measuring accuracy of an axial load applied between a hub 1a and an outer wheel 4a. <P>SOLUTION: A detected ring 21 is fixingly supported on the inner edge of the hub 1a. The detection face of a displacement sensor 16 supported on a cover 15 covering an inner edge opening part of the outer wheel 4a is opposed to the road surface side part of the inner edge face of the detected ring 21.
