<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle protection device fittable to a carpule. <P>SOLUTION: A device 2 for protecting a needle 30 comprises: a protector support 20 which delimits a chamber 27 for receiving a reservoir 1 of fluid to be injected provided with a piston and is provided with means 31 for fixedly joining the reservoir 1, and a needle protector 22 which can be moved relative to the protector support 20 between a retracted position and a deployed position for protecting the needle 30. The support 20 is equipped with the needle 30 along the axis line of the chamber 27. The joining means 31 is equipped with a hook 32 projected into the chamber 27. The hook 32 delimits a cage 31 to elastically latch-fix the storage vessel 1 around a neck part 10 of the carpule 1 to form the reservoir 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
