PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor transistor element which is superior in solubility and compatibility with respect to solvents and resin, and uses a high molecular compound containing an aromatic third class amine having high carrier mobility and quick acting speed, and is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor transistor element at least includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, an organic semiconductor provided conductively at the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a gate electrode which is insulated with respect to the organic semiconductor and can impress electric field.
