WIRE AUTOMATIC BUNDLING MACHINE FOR BAR STEEL AND STEEL PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bundling machine for bundling bar steels and steel pipes with wires during transferring in a continuous line. SOLUTION: The automatic wire bundling machine for the bar steels and the steel pipes is provided which has a mechanism clamping the front end and the back end of a wire is made to be a twisting head structure being a main part of the automatic bundling machine to open a clamp and bundles during pressing in the midway where a twisting head is rotated and bundled. In addition, the automatic wire bundling machine is composed of a mechanism wherein the apex of the wire is not bent but is pressed by a clamping pin, a mechanism wherein the wire is not cut while the wire is pressed to a cutter block but is cut on the outer periphery of the twisting head to make the cut face at right angles, and a mechanism wherein the clamp of the wire is opened and twisted while both end parts of the twisted part are twisted so as not to be raised under pressing and the wire is wound on a twisted part body.
