摘要 Method of hybridisation and positioning of an optoelectronic component on a substrate, and application of this method to the positioning of a laser diode with respect to an optical guide. This method consists in forming, on the substrate, at least one abutment (16) which, by fitting into at least one notch (34) formed on the component to be hybridised, determines the lateral positioning of this component, in forming spacer shims (24) on the substrate (6), the height of which fixes the vertical positioning of the component (2), the latter being equipped with lands (32) of a first material, forming lands (26) of a second material on the substrate, forming, on the lands of the second material, a welding pad (28) made of a fusible material able, in the molten state, to wet the first and second materials and not their surroundings, positioning the component in contact with the welding pad in such a way that the abutment (16) fits into the notch (34) and that the welding pad (28) is opposite the land which is not provided with a pad, bringing the assembly to the melting temperature of the pads and bringing the assembly back to a temperature lower than their melting temperature. <IMAGE>
