FIELD: construction materials industry; production of the construction raw materials mixtures. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to preparation of the construction raw materials mixtures and may be used for production of the construction structures and in the compositions used at manufacture of the sulfur-concrete articles used in the aggressive mediums and also for filling-up of the lining seams at protection of the equipment the building structures against corrosion, and at manufacture of the floors and the linings of the tanks - for protection against the action of the organic and non-organic acids. The technical result - reduction of the cost without decrease of the strength properties of manufactured structures and articles, the rise of the density, reduced water adsorption, increased chemical stability, utilization of the industrial wastes, and also improvement of the ecological situation in the region. The raw materials mixture for manufacture of the construction structures and the articles includes sulfur, dicyclopentadiene, the quartz sand and the filler, and in the capacity of the filler it contains the final tailings of neutralization of the composition (inn mass %): SiO2 - 38.56, Al2O3 - 2.3, Fe2O3 - 37.0, CaO - 10.0, MgO - 2.0, S - 10, Cu - 0.12, Co - O.O16 at the following ratio of the components of the raw materials mixture (in mass %): sulfur - 38-42, dicyclopentadiene - 2-4, the indicated final tailings - 38-42, the quartz sand - the rest. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the cost without decrease of the strength properties of manufactured structures and articles, the rise of the density, reduced water adsorption, increased chemical stability, utilization of the industrial wastes, improvement of the ecological situation in the region. ^ 1 tbl |
