The bib has a rectangular or square support with an absorbing side and a waterproof side constituted of an adhesive part. The adhesive part is equipped with protection strips which permit to create a unitary package for the bib without the adhesive part being adhered to all contact surfaces. The adhesive part is directly affixed on a child`s wear, an absorbing side of an existing bib or a bed sheet of a baby.
