The device has two hollow cylinders (1) coupled to the edges of a handle of a cart. The cylinders are made of rigid plastic coated cardboard and are 13 centimeter long. A precut is provided along the entire length of the inner side of the cylinders, to permit easy clipping around the handle and under each hand, by applying pressure of the inner side against the handle of the cart.
