PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiallergic ophthalmic composition having a high safety. SOLUTION: This ophthalmic composition contains (a) at least one component selected from the group consisting of an antihistamic component, an antiallergic component, an anti-inflammatory component, and a decongestant component, (b) terpenes, and (c) boric acids and/or edetic acids and is received in a multidose type container, wherein the composition does not contain any one of cationic surfactants, parabens, sorbic acid and its salt, alkylpolyaminoethylglycine, caffeines, and trometamol.
