PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inoculation device of molded wedges efficiently and accurately performing inoculation work of molded wedges. SOLUTION: This inoculation device has a drill 30 performing punching on a log 40 for mushroom cultivation, a drill holding device 32 pressing the drill 30 into the direction of the log 40 at the time of punching, a molded wedge-supplying device 50 supplying, while evacuating the drill 30, molded wedges 12 to drill holes 42 opened on the log 40 with the drill 30 and a driving device 60 pushing the molded wedge 12 into the drill hole 42 after putting the molded wedge 12 into the drill hole 42. The molded wedge-supplying device 50 has a transportation tube 52 and a pressure supplying device 56 making the arranged molded wedges 12 run in the transportation tube 52 with air pressure. The driving device 60 has a pushing member 62 pushing the molded wedge 12 into the drill hole 42, and an air cylinder 64 driving the pushing member 62 after supplying the molded wedge 12.
