PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inrush current preventing circuit of a DC/DC converter for preventing an inrush current when power is inputted and an operation is implemented again. SOLUTION: The inrush current preventing circuit of the DC/DC converter includes a switching element for implementing the switching operation increasing or decreasing an input voltage, and outputting an increased or decreased voltage; a filter for filtering the output voltage increased or decreased by the switching element, and outputting the filtered voltage as an output voltage; a reference voltage generator for generating a reference voltage; an error amplifier for comparing the reference voltage and the output voltage and outputting an error signal; a PWM signal generator for generating a PWM signal for implementing the switching operation of the switching element in accordance with the error signal; an on/off-circuit for transmitting and intercepting the PWM signal to the switching element; and a control unit for controlling the on/off-circuit.
