<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stupe agent excellent in efficiency, at the same time, perfectly safe to a human body and easily usable. <P>SOLUTION: This stupe agent is obtained by using as it is, or formulated with, (1) a pulverized material of germinated rice, (2) an extract of rice or germinated rice, (3) a product obtained by subjecting the hydrolysate of rice or germinated rice to enzymolysis or treatment with malt, (4) an extract of rice or germinated rice wherein an enzyme or malt is applied before, during or after the extraction or (5) a product obtained by further subjecting the extract of rice or germinated rice or the material obtained by treating the extract with the enzyme or malt, to alcohol fermentation or organic-acid fermentation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
