<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion tester for satisfactorily reproducing the abraded state of a member undergoing friction while vibrating. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 3 is mounted on a rotary shaft 31. A test piece 2 is mounted on a mounting mechanism 5 to abut on a side surface of the rotor 3. With a linear member 533 looped over a pulley 522, a weight is mounted on its end part to press the test piece 2 against the rotor 3. A vibrator 24 is vibrated with a voltage impressed thereon while the rotary shaft 31 is rotatively driven by a DC motor 41. A more practical abrasion test result can be obtained since it is possible to accurately reproduce a contacting state and a frictional state between an actual ultrasonic motor and a driven body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
