PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a nonwoven fabric by which the production rate is improved. SOLUTION: A weft yarn-delivering structure 9 of the apparatus for producing the nonwoven fabric has the first arm a1 installed so as to be turnable by centering one fixed terminal, the second arm a2 having one terminal connected to the other terminal of the first arm a1 and installed so as to be turned by centering the one terminal, the first weft yarn guide r1 for delivering the weft yarn T2 to a traverser 7 and the second weft yarn guide r2 for delivering the weft yarn T2 to the first weft yarn guide r1. The traverser 7 is connected to the other terminal of the second arm a2 so as to be reciprocatingly moved in a rotary shaft direction of a drum. The first weft yarn guide r1 is connected to the site at which one terminal of the second arm a2 is connected to the other terminal of the first arm a1, and the second weft yarn guide r2 is connected to the one terminal of the first arm a1.
