CONDUCTIVE POLYESTER MONOFILAMENT AND INDUSTRIAL WOVEN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polyester monofilament having excellent abrasion resistance and suitable for industrial woven fabrics. SOLUTION: The conductive polyester monofilament is composed of a core-sheath conjugate structure containing an aromatic polyester as a core component and containing a composition comprising 100 pts.wt. mixture of 96-85 wt.% aromatic polyester with 4-15 wt.% highly conductive carbon black and 0.05-5 pts.wt. ionomer resin as a sheath component.
