<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive elastic roll in which the process of cutting an elastic layer is unnecessary and both axial ends of a covering layer becomes gradually thinner towards the edges of the axial ends. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive elastic roll includes a shaft body 1, an elastic layer 2 formed on the peripheral face of the shaft body 1, and a covering layer 3 formed on the peripheral face of the elastic layer 2. Rings R are disposed along the outer circumferences of the right and left circular end faces of the elastic layer 2.
