<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to select an optimum output method for image data photographed by the user when the user outputs input image data by using a printing system, etc. <P>SOLUTION: When the image data photographed by the user is inputted and the image data desired to be printed by the user is printed, proper printing sizes 72, 73 are calculated for the image data selected by the user from the inputted image data. A plurality of printing sizes 72-77 including the proper printing sizes are presented on an operation window 71.
