<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a fuel cell by enabling to effectively reform a large amount of fuel by a small-sized fuel reforming device. <P>SOLUTION: Fine flow passage grooves 4 are formed on a silicon base plate 2 by etching or the like, or fine flow passage grooves 4, 13 penetrating in a thickness direction of a glass plate 11 are formed by mounting the glass thin plate 11 on the silicon base plate 10. The three-dimensional porous silicon structure is formed on the surface of the flow passages grooves 7, 13 by using HF and DMF organic electrolyte. The surface of the three-dimensional porous silicon structure is made to carry catalyst generating hydrogen by reforming hydrocarbon fuel, and the flow passages are covered by covering plates 6, 12, whereby, fluid flow passages 7, 15 of the micro fuel reforming device are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
