<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material, which is excellent in storage stability (or bio-storage stability) before recording, has a little coloring due to exposure of a ground part and is excellent in the image stability (or light fastness) of a recording part. <P>SOLUTION: This recording material is formed by providing a recording layer including an acylhydrazide compound and a diazo compound. Especially, a compound expressed by general formula (1) is preferably included in the acylhydrazide compound. In general formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>represents an electron attractive group having a Hammet substituent constant: σ<SB>p</SB>=0.0-1.0, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group, an acyl group or a sulfonyl group and further R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may form a ring by being connected with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
