PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a simplified condenser considering a temperature distribution of the condenser. SOLUTION: In the condenser 100, only a bracket 142 lying at the edge on the opposite side of a refrigerant introduction pipe 170 of an upper stage section 130A of relatively high temperature is mounted to a vehicle frame via a rubber mount 150, and a bracket 141 lying at the edge on the refrigerant introduction pipe 170 side of the upper stage section 130A and brackets 143 and 144 lying at both edges of a lower stage section 130B are fixed to a vehicle frame (not shown) rigidly by screwing.
