<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatic setting of the time of destination. <P>SOLUTION: When the power supply is turned on before the shipment at a factory, the date and the time inputted from an input part 18 are set to a clock unit 14 by a control part 13. After shipment, when a cable 19 is connected to a power line at the delivered place, and when the power supply 11 is supplied with electric power, a voltage determining circuit 12 determines the voltage value of the power supplied to the power supply 11 from the power line.
