PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a porous film that slightly elongates, has rigidity, is wound and suitably used as a separator to be stored in a battery. SOLUTION: This porous film comprises a resin composition composed of an amorphous thermoplastic resin having 10°C-200°C glass transition temperature Tg and a filler having 0.1-50μm average particle diameter. The film forms voids by orientation.
