PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial extruder for a plastic material which can produce a plastic material containing dispersed inorganic substance particles and a method for producing the plastic material containing the dispersed inorganic substance particles. SOLUTION: A plastic raw material charged from a hopper 1 is melted while being sent to the outlet of a cylinder 2 by a screw 3 rotated by a driving motor in the cylinder 2 heated by a heater. The screw 3 has screw threads for sending the raw material from the hopper 1 side to outlet side of the cylinder 2 around a shaft main body 10. The screw 3, around the intermediate part of the shaft main body 10, in place of the screw threads 11, has rows of teeth 12 arranged in parallel in the shape of a gear. Each row of the teeth 12 is arranged to be adjacent in the axial direction, and each tooth 12 is slanted to the axial direction.
