<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance apparatus detecting electric current which can realize resistive temperature coefficients (TCR) lower than the resistive temperature coefficient (TCR) of resistor materials including a zero temperature coefficient in a simple structure, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the resistance apparatus for detecting an electric current composed from a resistor 11 and a pair of electrodes 21 and 21 bonded to both the ends in longitudinal direction of the resistor concerned, each electrode 21 at the both ends of the aforementioned resistor has an electric current terminals 22 and a voltage terminals 23 while an auxiliary resistor 17 having same polarity and large TCR relative to the aforementioned resistor 11 is placed between the aforementioned electric current terminals 22 and the voltage terminals 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
